‘Flora and Biota’ is a 6.8% Wild American Saison brewed with a blend of Brettanomyces and Saccharomyces yeasts and aged in French Oak Pinot Noir barrels for four weeks. Naturally carbonated and and unfiltered. Intensely vinous, oaky, and somewhat tart. Finishes with a somewhat restrained fruitiness. Very low hop presence. 6.8% ABV

For all of those out there who helped with our annual hop harvest, ‘Full Blown Home Grown’ is also now on tap! This year’s iteration is a wheat IPA brewed with 60 pounds (60 POUNDS!!!) of fresh picked wet hops, grown right out back here at the Goose. Flowery, perfumey, slight citrus and subtle fruit aromatics from our various hop varietals are present in flavor and aroma. Light bitterness and a pale to golden color. 7.3% ABV
