Potato Gallettes with Smoked Salmon – fingerling potatoes baked with a chive crème fraiche and house smoked salmon

Creamy Mussels – fresh Maine jumbo blue mussels sautéed with garlic, shallots, and caramelized mushrooms in a light lemon zest and sour cream sauce

Berry Breakfast Pizza – toasted pita with orange marmalade, cream cheese, fresh  berries and a blueberry and raspberry sauce

Arugula & Grape Salad – topped with toasted almonds, shaved parmesan, and a crushed grape and sherry vinaigrette
