Garlic & Herb Popover – homemade popover with our signature Long Brothers Cheddar Ale sauce

Grilled Pineapple Salad – fresh arugula with toasted almonds, roasted bell peppers, Robie Farm’s smoked toma cheese, and grilled pineapple with our herb vinaigrette

Strawberry & Goat Cheese Bruschetta – crispy ciabatta bread with a goat cheese spread, balsamic glazed strawberries, and fresh thyme
