Soups of the Day – Chicken & Spring Vegetable Stew, Sweet Pea & Goat Cheese Gazpacho

Strawberry and Kiwi Salad – arugula and spinach topped with fresh strawberries and kiwis, chopped walnuts, goat cheese and a raspberry jam vinaigrette

Berry Breakfast Pizza – toasted pita with orange marmalade cream cheese, fresh berries and a blueberry and raspberry reduction sauce

Prosciutto Arancinis – crispy prosciutto and parmesan risotto balls lightly breaded and cooked crisp, served with marinara sauce

Traditional Eggs Benedict – poached eggs on an English muffin with Canadian bacon and hollandaise

Robie Farm Crankin’ Sausage and Sweet Potato Hash – with a poached egg and hollandaise sauce

Puff Pastry Egg Tart – baked with heirloom tomatoes, local eggs, and cheddar cheese

Smoked Salmon Benedict – thinly sliced, smoked salmon served with arugula on an English muffin topped with a poached egg and hollandaise sauce

Chocolate & Banana Pancakes – homemade banana and chocolate chip pancakes topped with whipped cream and NH maple syrup

Spanish Frittata – open faced omelet with peppers, onions, broccoli, cheddar jack cheese, our salsa and fresh cilantro
