Our best menu yet… kidding, kidding. We say this every time. But really, we have worked hard to incorporate local, grass fed, all natural proteins and local produce when possible, creating what we feel is our very best locally sourced menu yet! We make all our dishes from scratch and hope you have been able to stop and enjoy some of the fresh, local food we are serving up…
Chicken Romesco – Misty Knoll Farm all natural breast breaded and pan fried, topped with a homemade romesco sauce, sliced avocado, and parmesan cheese
Lemon Thyme Salad – Fresh greens with feta, heirloom tomatoes, cucumbers, sunflower seeds, and a house made lemon-thyme vinaigrette
Battles Farm Lamb Kebobs – Local grass fed lamb Chef seasoned, skewered with fresh vegetables and chargrilled
Pasta Kearsarge – Artichokes, sundried tomatoes, and spinach tossed in a creamy lemon parmesan sauce with penne pasta
The Caprese Turkey Burger – Misty Knoll Farm all natural turkey burger with fresh mozzarella, heirloom tomatoes, basil and a balsamic glaze
The Shorty – Robie Farm beef short rib burger topped with Long Brothers cheddar cheese, bacon, and our cider BBQ sauce
