Come try your old favorite Heidelberg Hefeweizen: “A light, refreshing, Bavarian wheat beer that one esteemed German beer writer called “…one of the best…” Hefeweizen’s he’s ever tried. Brewed with 50% wheat, 50% 2 row spring barley and noble ‘Hersbrucker’ hops all grown in Germany. 5.25% ABV”
Or come try this Semester’s collaboration with Colby Sawyer College: Capstone American Rye, “This ale was brewed in collaboration with the Colby Sawyer College Spring Semester Brewing Science Class. Brewed with 30% American Rye which lends a full body and a somewhat spicy mouth-feel and texture. Conservatively hopped with Sorachi Ace which has flavor notes of citrus and lemon peels. We added macerated grapefruit peels to the whirlpool and back – sweetened the finished product with fresh squeezed grapefruit juice. A nice tip of the hat to the beginning of Spring and end to our never-ending Winter. 4.1% ABV”
