Cajun Seafood Trio – Cajun seared jumbo shrimp, sea scallops, and langostinos served over an avocado puree with pan sauce, fresh cilantro, and sun dried tomato risotto
Pan Roasted Scallops with white cheddar and truffle mac n’ cheese, grilled asparagus, and lemon gremolata
Poached Halibut – fresh hand cut filet topped with a tomato wine sauce
Surf n’ Turf – twin petite filet mignon medallions wrapped in house cured Robie Farm bacon and pan seared, finished with mini lobster tails in a seasoned brown butter sauce
Boursin Chicken – Misty Knoll breast stuffed with Chef’s boursin cheese, lightly breaded and cooked crisp, finished with a light herb cheese sauce
Boom Boom Night Gown – Chef’s version of an Italian delight… pulled grass fed Robie Farm short rib wrapped in prosciutto and a cocoa pasta sheet topped with a white pepper cheese sauce paired with a Robie Farm veal cutlet wrapped in a cocoa pasta sheet with Hen of the Woods mushrooms in our marinara sauce
